FAQs

Yes! This is one of the most popular Nespresso machines and our capsules work perfectly with it.

Orders are shipped within 1 working day and are delivered within 3-5 working days. An express shipping option is available for Australia, which takes 1-2 working days.

You will receive and order confirmation and then shipping confirmation with tracking automatically shortly after you place your order.

Up to 12 months, depending on best before date.

Like with any coffee, store capsules in a cool, dry place like your cupboard.

Our capsules are compatible with all Nespresso Original machines (just not Nespresso Vertuo.)

We only take online orders at the moment. All orders are packed and shipped with great care from our hub in Sydney.

Shipping is completely free for orders over $40.

For orders under $40, shipping starts at $10 via AusPost (or $15 to NZ via DHL.)

For coffees with milk, such as flat whites, lattes, or cappuccinos, we recommend our Reserve Blend or our Classic Blend if you're looking for something stronger.

Our Reserve Blend is best for a lungo, while our Classic Blend is best for an espresso.

Our single origins can all be enjoyed as either a lungo or espresso - it just depends on your personal taste!

We're very sorry about this! If any of your coffee capsules were damaged while in transit, please send us an email to us with your order number at orders@movingbeans.hk and we'll send you replacements for any damaged capsules free of charge.
